1. Flat 50% OFF – Diwali Special

·        Enjoy 50% OFF across all products on the SIVVAH website during the campaign period.

·        The offer applies to products available for purchase, subject to stock availability.

·        The applicable discount and final payable amount will be displayed on the website or at checkout.

·        Additional discounts cannot be combined with this offer unless expressly permitted by SIVVAH.

2. Extra ₹100 OFF on Prepaid Orders

3. Buy 1 Product – iPhone Promotional Draw Eligibility

Steal Deal Conditions

·        The ₹599 limit applies to the total value of eligible Steal Deal items in a single order, not the regular products in the cart.

·        Steal Deal products are subject to stock availability.

·        Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

6. iPhone 18 Pro Max – Conditional Prepaid Promotional Draw

As part of the SIVVAH Diwali Festive Sale, eligible customers who complete qualifying prepaid purchases may become eligible to participate in a promotional draw for an iPhone 18 Pro Max, subject to the following conditions.

6.1 Prepaid Eligibility

·        Participation is restricted to eligible, successfully completed prepaid orders that meet the published campaign requirements.

·        Cash-on-delivery orders are not eligible.

·        Orders must be genuine and successfully paid, and must comply with the published eligibility rules.

6.2 Campaign Sales Threshold

·        The promotional draw is conditional upon SIVVAH achieving the published minimum aggregate value of qualifying prepaid purchases during the campaign period.

·        The campaign threshold will be specified by SIVVAH before participation begins. If the threshold is set within the ₹5,000–₹10,000 range, the exact qualifying amount and calculation method must be announced clearly in advance.

·        The qualifying sales value will be calculated according to the published rules, including the treatment of cancellations, refunds, and ineligible orders.

6.3 Draw Activation

·        The promotional draw will be activated only if the stated threshold is achieved within the campaign period, ending on 8 November 2026 at 11:59 PM IST.

·        If the threshold is achieved, SIVVAH will communicate the draw procedure, entry requirements, draw date, winner announcement process, and prize delivery arrangements through its official channels.

·        Meeting the threshold activates the promotional draw; it does not guarantee any individual customer a prize.

6.4 If the Threshold Is Not Met

·        If the published minimum sales threshold is not achieved within the campaign period, the promotional draw will not proceed under this conditional offer and no prize will be awarded under it.

·        This condition is an essential part of the promotion and must be clearly communicated to customers before they participate.

·        Any further action concerning the promotion will be handled in accordance with the published campaign rules and applicable law.

6.5 Winner Selection and Verification

·        If activated, the draw will use a documented random selection process from eligible entries.

·        SIVVAH may verify orders and exclude cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible transactions in accordance with the published rules and applicable law.

·        The selection process and winner announcement will be conducted according to the campaign rules and applicable legal requirements.

·        A qualifying purchase or entry does not guarantee that a customer will win.

6.6 Independent Promotion

This promotion is organized independently by SIVVAH and is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Apple Inc.

7. Campaign Period

The SIVVAH Diwali Festive Sale will run from 19 October 2026 through 8 November 2026 at 11:59 PM IST, unless a different period is expressly announced on the official website. Purchases outside the campaign period will not qualify for campaign-specific offers unless otherwise stated.

8. Order Verification and Eligibility

·        Customers must provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information.

·        SIVVAH may verify orders and take appropriate action against fraudulent transactions or promotional misuse, subject to applicable law.

9. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

SIVVAH may make necessary changes to promotional arrangements in response to unforeseen circumstances, technical errors, fraud, or legal requirements, subject to applicable law. Material changes will be communicated through official channels where required. No change will remove rights already accrued to customers where doing so would violate applicable law.
