Delays & Courier Responsibility
SIVVAH is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect address details, or unforeseen circumstances. Once the order is handed over to the courier, delivery responsibility lies with the shipping provider.

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and PIN code are correct at the time of checkout. Orders with incomplete or incorrect address details may be delayed or returned, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
